Disclaimer

The law requires a five day written notice of filing a lawsuit against the Lee County Clerk of Court relating to a public records request. Emailing of the notice to the RMLO@LeeClerk.org or delivering in person at the Records Management Office, County Administration East Building, 2201 Second Street, 3rd Floor, Fort Myers, FL 33901 are available options.
