What is eRecording?
eRecording is a secure online submission of documents to the Lee County Clerk of Courts office for recording in the Official Records of Lee County. eRecording eliminates the need to mail or deliver documents to our office, and saves time and money for both the Clerk’s office and our customers.

Basic Level: Normal pricing is $0.00 Annual Subscription Fee and per-document e-Recording Transaction Fee of $40.00. Customers who mention your discount code will instead pay $20.00 per-document e-Recording Transaction Fee.
Standard Level: Normal pricing is $95.00 Annual Subscription Fee and per-document e-Recording Transaction Fee of $10.00. Customers who mention your discount code will receive a one-time credit of $50.00 toward their Annual Subscription Fee.
Professional Level: Normal pricing is $195.00 Annual Subscription Fee and per-document e-Recording Transaction Fee of $5.00. Customers who mention your discount code will receive a one-time credit of $100.00 toward their Annual Subscription Fee, as well as 10% off their per-document e-Recording Transaction Fee for the life of their membership.

Cost savings: None – this is their normal pricing. No sign up fee, No annual fee - $4.00 per document. Charge for recorded documents only, no charge if document rejected.
Cost savings: None – We don’t have a set fee schedule. Fees can vary based on a number of factors including volume and type of business. For example, a company submitting notices of commencement might pay a lower fee than a title company submitting deeds and mortgages. Because of the vetting they do of potential customers, they cannot accommodate one time individual filers. We have already reduced our fees. We have highly discounted rates for contractors recording NOC’s and we have waived the license fee for the vast majority of our submitters.

eRecording is not just for title companies, banks or attorneys. If you are a contractor or the owner of a construction company you can file your documents electronically. City of Bonita Springs - The City of Bonita Springs Permitting Office can electronically record your Notice of Commencement. If you are working in the City of Bonita Springs you can go to their permitting office and file your Notice of Commencement electronically for a fee, and then get your permit.
Town of Fort Myers Beach – The town of Fort Myers Beach can electronically record your Notice of Commencement. If you are working in the town of Fort Myers Beach you can go to their permitting office and file your Notice of Commencement electronically for a fee, and then get your permit.
Village of Estero –the Village of Estero Notice of Commencement. (follow Lee County Permitting guidelines)
