eFiling is the electronic filing of court case documents by attorneys, agencies, and those not represented by legal counsel (referred to as pro se). This service is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Fill out forms online to get you started. Your Lee County Clerk offers easy to use interactive forms through TurboCourt.

eRecording, Electronic Document Recording, is a secure, efficient online way to electronically record documents with the Lee County Clerk of Court’s Recording Office. eRecording eliminates the need to mail or deliver documents to our office, and saves time and money for our customers.

The most commonly eRecorded documents are Deeds, Mortgages, Notice of Commencement, and Satisfactions of Mortgage.
