Notice: The 2025 Lee County Value Adjustment Board will meet in open session to deny petitions duly filed which are impacted by the requirements set forth in Chapter 194.014(1)(c) F.S., and to discuss other related issues at the request of the Chairman, Staff, or Board members.

Pursuant to Chapter 286.0105 F.S.: If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board, a verbatim record of the proceeding will be needed, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
