You may upload your evidence directly into the VAB system by completing the steps shown below. Pursuant to Section 194.011(4)(a), Florida Statutes, all evidence must be received by the Property Appraiser’s Office at least 15 days prior to your hearing date.
Uploading your evidence into the VAB system does not constitute evidence exchange and will not be treated as such.
Login Credentials
Use the transaction number and password from your petition receipt. If you do not have these, email
InfoVAB@leeclerk.org.
File Requirements
Documents must be in PDF format. Individual files cannot exceed 64 MB, though you may upload multiple PDFs.
Step 1: Log Into Axia
Access the petition filing website: apps2.leeclerk.org/axia/axiaweb2025/
Find the Check Petition Status section and input the transaction number and password found at the bottom of your petition receipt, then click Log In.
Step 2: Select Your Petition
In the Petitions table, click the yellow folder icon with the green arrow next to your petition number.
Step 3: Upload Evidence
1. Click the Upload Docs icon in the top menu.
- 2. Select Petitioners Evidence from the Image Type drop-down menu.
- 3. Click Choose File to browse and select your evidence file.
- 4. Click the Upload Selected PDF File as evidence button to save your file.
Step 4: View Uploaded Documents
Any documents associated with the petition, including your recently uploaded evidence, are located at the bottom of the screen and can be viewed by clicking on the image icon to the left of the document name.
