City of Bonita Springs - The City of Bonita Springs Permitting Office can electronically record your Notice of Commencement. If you are working in the City of Bonita Springs you can go to their permitting office and file your Notice of Commencement electronically for a fee, and then get your permit.
City of Cape Coral - To electronically file a Notice of Commencement in the City of Cape Coral – you will need to submit this completed affidavit with the electronically recorded NOC.
