Your Lee County Clerk offers easy to use interactive forms through TurboCourt. TurboCourt makes the task of filling out forms easier to understand and helps you get it right the first time. There is a $10.40 fee to prepare/print forms and $10.00 fee to eFile using TurboCourt.

Divorce
Uncontested Dissolution of Marriage with Children
Requirements
Either party may obtain a checklist of the forms from the Clerk's Office required for filing an uncontested dissolution of marriage. They may also be accessed and completed through the online forms program TurboCourt.
- All forms must be completed, some by the husband and some by the wife.
- Either you or your spouse must have been a Florida resident for the past six months.
- Both you and your spouse must agree on the division of all property and the payment of all obligations.
- Both you and your spouse must attend a sanctioned parenting class. Information available Education Programs or Ace Parenting.
Uncontested Dissolution of Marriage without Children
Requirements
Either party may obtain a checklist of the forms from the Clerk's Office required for filing an uncontested dissolution of marriage. They may also be accessed and completed through the online forms program TurboCourt
- All forms must be completed, some by the husband and some by the wife.
- Either you or your spouse must have been a Florida resident for the past six months.
- Both you and your spouse must agree on the division of all property and the payment of all obligations.
- You have no children under the age of 18 who were born during the marriage.
- The wife is not pregnant.
