Payment plans are not available if you are on county or state probation.

• Set up fee - $25.00 per case - due along with your first payment when plan is established
• You choose date which will work best for you
• If you have an active driver's license suspension, it will be cleared once payment plan is established
• Failure to comply with payment plan will result a late fee and the suspension of driver's license

• You must complete an Application of Compliance provided by the clerk to qualify
• Rate is $10 per hour
• Community Service hours are only applicable for fines. Does not include court costs and fees.

Requirements:

• Must be a non-profit organization
• Must bring proof to the Clerk's office on the organization's letterhead with Organization Name, Address and Phone number. May not be hand written.
• This letter must have:
  • Your name, case number, date(s) of service and hours you served
  • Name of Supervisor, signature and phone number. Signature of Supervisor must be notarized unless otherwise ordered by a judge

Public Defender Fees and County Probation/Cost of Supervision Payments can be made in the following ways:

Note: Credit card payments are not accepted for restitution. You must pay with certified funds.

A 30-day extension may be requested if you are unable to pay in full by the initial deadline. Only one extension can be offered per case.

Payment plans are also available for customers who cannot pay their case in full or within the 30-day extension. Extended payment plans and community service are also offered for customers who are indigent. Fees and minimum payments are required. For details, contact the Clerk’s office.

A non-refundable transaction fee by nCourt.com will be applied. The Clerk’s office does not receive any part of this fee nor is your credit card information stored in our database.

Felony payments cannot currently be completed online but may be paid to the Clerk in any of the following methods.

Be aware that there have been recent scam attempts to impersonate various government entities and their collection agents. Any text from Linebarger will originate from the following short code phone number: 98023. Scammers may attempt to spoof a 5-digit or 6-digit short code, but their texts will have a full phone number included (sometimes with a Country Code), and are usually sent to groups of people with no specific recipient name.

A Linebarger text will always include your name, an account-specific reference number, a toll-free call-back number, a link to Disclosures and Frequently Asked Questions, and a link to payment website.
