What is Zoom?

Zoom is a web conferencing tool that permits video and audio meetings. 

Why Zoom?

Zoom is currently being used by the courts to ensure that the public can still attend their court sessions while adhering to social distancing and mitigating the spread of COVID-19.

How to access your Zoom meeting?                              

A. Use the Zoom App on a Mobile Device

1.      Download the Zoom Cloud Meeting application from your devices’ app store

2.      Select “Join a Meeting”

3.      Enter the Meeting ID and your full first and last name below

4.      Select “Join”

5.      Enter the Password

Note: Meeting ID and Password are located on your hearing notice

B. Use Zoom on a PC or Mac

1.      Logon to https://zoom.us/join

2.      Enter the Meeting ID

3.      Select “Download and run Zoom” or “Join from your browser”

4.      Enter your full first and last name and select “Join”

5.      Enter the Password

Note: Meeting ID and Password are located on your hearing notice

C. Dial into Zoom telephonically

1.      Call the telephone number provided

2.      Enter the Meeting ID and press #

3.      Enter the Participant ID if provided. If not, press #

4.      Enter the Password
