How to access your Zoom Session
A. Use the Zoom App on a Mobile Device
- Download the Zoom Cloud Meeting application from your devices’ app store.
- Select “Join a Meeting”.
- Enter the Meeting ID and your full first and last name below.
- Select “Join”.
- Enter the Password.
Note: Meeting ID and Password are located on your hearing notice.
B. Use Zoom on a PC or Mac
- Logon to https://zoom.us/join.
- Enter the Meeting ID.
- Select “Download and run Zoom” or “Join from your browser”.
- Enter your full first and last name and select “Join”.
- Enter the Password.
Note: Meeting ID and Password are located on your hearing notice.
C. Dial into Zoom via Telephone
- Call the telephone number provided.
- Enter the Meeting ID and press #.
- Enter the Participant ID if provided. If not, press #.
- Enter the Password.
