How to access your Zoom Session

A. Use the Zoom App on a Mobile Device

  1. Download the Zoom Cloud Meeting application from your devices’ app store.
  2. Select “Join a Meeting”.
  3. Enter the Meeting ID and your full first and last name below.
  4. Select “Join”.
  5. Enter the Password.

Note: Meeting ID and Password are located on your hearing notice.

B. Use Zoom on a PC or Mac

  1. Logon to https://zoom.us/join.
  2. Enter the Meeting ID.
  3. Select “Download and run Zoom” or “Join from your browser”.
  4. Enter your full first and last name and select “Join”.
  5. Enter the Password.

C. Dial into Zoom via Telephone

  1. Call the telephone number provided.
  2. Enter the Meeting ID and press #.
  3. Enter the Participant ID if provided. If not, press #.
  4. Enter the Password.
