Public Records Requests

Pursuant to the Florida Public Records Law, the Lee County Clerk of Court will permit inspection of its non-exempt public records. A copy can be provided upon payment of the appropriate fee.  You may submit a Public Records Request to request public records from the Lee County Clerk of Court. Your request will be addressed promptly. The law also requires a five day written notice of filing a lawsuit against the Lee County Clerk of Court relating to a public records request. Emailing of the notice to the RMLO@LeeClerk.org or delivering in person at the Administration Department, 2nd floor of the Justice Center, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, FL 33901 are available options.
