Electronic Recording (eRecording) is the process of filing and recording document with the Lee County Clerk of Courts Recording Office via the internet that would otherwise be sent by express mail or courier service. With eRecording you can simply scan the original document you wish to record, converting it to an electronic image, add indexing information, and with one click of your mouse, submit it to the Lee County Clerk of Courts Recording Office.
