Q. Where can I get an application?
A. You can now apply online by clicking on Job Listings at our www.leeclerk.org, then clicking on Current Career Opportunities in Human Resources. Click on the job title you are interested in and then clicking on the Apply link!

If this is the first time you are applying using our on-line job application, click here to create an account and select a Username and Password.

After your account has been established, you can build an application by clicking on the "Build Job Application" link. This application can be saved and used to apply for more than one position.


Q. What if I don’t have a computer at home?
A. If you do not have access to a computer of your own, you may apply online at any computer with Internet access.

You may also complete an online application in our office at 2201 Second Street, 3rd. Floor. If you have any questions or need directions to our office you can call us at (239) 461-3211.


Q. What types of jobs does the Clerk have to offer?
A. There are a variety of clerical, technical and professional career opportunities available at the Clerk's Office. For a listing of current career opportunities, click on Current Career Opportunities.

Q. How do I apply for more than one posted position?
A. Applicants, who wish to be considered for more than one position, must select and apply for each position they are qualified for to be considered for jobs. Your initial application can be saved and used to apply for more than one opening.

Q. What is the most common mistake made on submitted applications/resumes?
A. The most common mistake is that the information is not correct or incomplete. As an applicant, please be sure of the following:
  • Information is complete and accurate
  • Provide as much employment information as possible
  • Previous employer/reference contacts are complete
  • Education information is correct
  • Resume – Should not include personal information.
