Important Information to know before using these services

CDL license holders are not eligible for the school election to withhold
points.

Link-2-Gov will add a convenience fee to your fine amount.

Internet & Telephone payments must be made by midnight on the 29th
day from the issuance date of your citation. Weekends are counted in the 29
days.

If the traffic citation relates to your Driver's License, vehicle registration
(Tag), insurance or equipment, you will only be able to pay these fines at the
Clerk's office or by mail.

You may be eligible to elect and attend a Driver Improvement School Course
approved by the State of Florida, pursuant to Section 318.14 (9)(a), Florida
Statutes, if you have not elected to attend such a course within the past
twelve (12) months, or five (5) times in the last 10 years and do not hold a
class A, B, or C CDL License.

If you are electing the Traffic School option and paying by mail, you must send
the signed, notarized affidavit with your payment. If you are paying in person,
the affidavit will be signed in the presence of the Clerk of Courts. No
affidavit is required to be submitted if paying by phone, internet or at The
Check Cashing Store. The 60-day completion time begins when the payment
transaction is completed.
