The Delinquent Tax Office processes applications on delinquent tax certificates forcing the property to tax deed auction. They advertise and conduct auctions of the property to recover the delinquent property taxes.
The delinquent tax office holds tax sales on a weekly basis unless otherwise noted, starting at 8:30am on the sale day in the Commissioners Chambers located at 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, FL 33901.
